Join Me for Constituent Day – February 18th!

Friday, January 18, 2013 posted by David

One of my favorite parts of being a delegate is when constituents come to visit me here in Richmond.  For those of you who have been down here, you know that it is a unique, fast paced experience.  This year, on Monday, February 18th, I am hosting my first ever Constituent Day here at the General Assembly.  I hope that you will be able to join me and watch our democracy in action.  The day will start at 10:00 a.m. and include:

  • Coffee and pastries at the General Assembly Building
  • A tour of the General Assembly Building and State Capitol (conducted by Gretchen Bulova)
  • Watching a House of Delegates session from the gallery — I will also recognize our 37th District delegation from the House floor
  • Lunch
  • Tour of the Library of Virginia

I hope that you will be able to join us!  If you can’t stay for the entire day, no problem.  Please RSVP at info@davidbulova.com or call (804) 698-1037.

  1. This sounds great. My husband, Jim Giammo, and I are especially interested since we’re supporters and active in our civic association.

    Thank you,
    Molly

  2. David,
Looking forward to your 1st Constituent Day. My son Max (a 2nd year teacher in Fairfax) will be joining me. J Oppenheimer
